You are invited to Abbeyfield’s global Conference which is being held in Liscate, Milan, Italy.
Objectives of the Conference:
· To provide an opportunity for delegates to share their experiences of Abbeyfield operations and development worldwide.
· To consider the future strategy and workings of Abbeyfield and the International perspective
· To consider alternative ideas for the creation and funding of new Abbeyfield houses and local societies.
Who should attend?
· Each Abbeyfield National Society is invited to send at least one official delegate to represent that country.
· Partners are welcome
Accommodation
· A provisional block booking has been made at Hotel Napoleon, Via Federico Ozanam, 12, 20129 Milano, Italy +39 02 2952 0366 hotelnapoleonmilano.it There will be a free coach transfer from the hotel to the conference venues.
Costs to delegates
· All delegates are expected to cover the cost of their accommodation. €80 Single room only, €100 Double room only and €139 for a suite (2 double beds maximum 4 people) room only. The suites are very limited so please advise early.
· Breakfast costs
· Friday and Sunday dinner
· Travel costs from the home country to and from Milan
· Any additional overnights at the hotel, additional meals, drinks and services

There are 3 main airports in Milan
· Linate Airport (closest to centre)
· Bergamo Orio Al Serio Airport (40 km north east of centre)
· Malpensa International Airport (40 km west of centre)
