Canada House Reception in London, England
Dear Abbeyfielders,
This notification is for anyone who might be in London, England, on Thursday, May 29, 2008, and interested in attending the reception at 7pm at Canada House, Trafalgar Square, in the Gold Room. A tour of the building will be offered and activities will conclude with a reception from 8pm to 9.15pm.
The event is to publicise the 10th Global Conference of Abbeyfield International in Toronto which will take place on the 18th to 21st October, 2008.
Canada House is a landmark, and is still there despite efforts some years ago to sell it.
